My Top Five Favorite Soups to Feed My Family

These five soups are all super simple and super flavorful to make, perfect for the winter months. We’ve actually had some unusually cold weather here in Florida this winter and it’s definitely encouraged me to make a weekly soup this season. I make these five recipes on repeat during the fall and winter.  I usually pair them with a simple salad and either homemade easy cornbread or a loaf of sourdough. The best thing about these soups is you can double and even triple the recipes if you’re feeding a crowd.

  1. Salt & Lavender’s Creamy Taco Soup (If you prefer chicken, then this is the recipe for you .)

  2. Chelsea’s Messy Apron White Chicken Chili (Slow-Cooker)

  3. Pinch of Yum’s Simple Homemade Tomato Soup or Half Baked Harvest’s Roasted Tomato Soup for a Vegetarian Option (served best with grilled cheese!)

  4. The Modern Proper’s Tortellini Italian Sausage Soup

  5. Salt & Lavender’s Zuppa Toscana
